2015 Pantone Color of the Year is Marsala

Marsala has been named Pantones Color of the year. I love this color for a fall/winter wedding. Its so romantic and rich. "Much like the fortified wine that gives Marsala its name, this tasteful hue embodies the satisfying richness of a fulfilling meal," Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute said. "This hearty-yet-stylish tone is universally appealing and translates easily to fashion, beauty, industrial design, home furnishings and interiors." Heres a little style board we put together for design  direction. Its romantic, vintage and sophisticated.

No 2014 centerpiece will be complete without peeks of unusual greens. Soft vines, geranium leaves and maidenhair fern all top the must-have lists, reports Amber. The flower garland is back in a big way. Ariella loves citrus garlands for bars and over doorways—lemons, limes, oranges on the stem. “And fern garlands are really beautiful.
