We are a true one stop shop for all of your event design and planning needs. We design unique personalized custom stationary from save the dates, invitations, menus, escort cards, programs and many other stationary needs. This service insures that your theme has a cohesive flow and your style holds strong throughout every aspect of your event. Meet Christina Harris
With a background in Interior Design, Fashion Design, and Graphic Design, I bring a passion for design and all things beautiful to create the most swanky events. I moved to Sarasota in 2007 to attend Ringling College of Art & Design where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Over the past few years, I have worked in the Interior Design industry, for a large Retail company designing women’s apparel and branding as well as in the hospitality industry. I fell in love with event planning after planning friend’s weddings and parties as well as working for a catering company. My eye for design, attention to detail, creativity and organizational skills will keep your event on track and exactly the way you envisioned it. Swanky Soiree’s mission is to first provide you with the most creative, unique, and personalized event you could imagine.
Fun Facts:
Favorite Place to Vacation: I love the Keys, bicycling, snorkeling, paddle boarding the beach and the delicious restaurants.
Sweet Tooth: Anything covered in chocolate really. My weakness is Ice cream (specifically Mint) and cake.
Favorite Indulgence: A full day of shopping followed by a massage

When I am not working, I am: Boxing, at the Gym, cycling, paddle boarding, boating, spending time with my children, walking our dogs and just living life to the fullest
Favorite Holiday: Christmas. I love having all of the family together
Pets: 3 dogs, yes, I am that crazy dog person. We used to have 4 and I miss having a wolf pack
Favorite Wedding Gown Designer: Haley Paige
Favorite part of a wedding day: The First Look between the couple and the first look of the venue. I just love the reactions.
Favorite part of an event: When the Bride & Groom walks into the venue. All of the long hours are worth it!
If I wasn’t an event planner I would be: An Interior Designer or working on Set Design
Meet Stefanie Seymour
Stefanie is Christina’s right-hand girl and Associate Planner with Swanky Soiree. She has been in the Weddings & Social Events Industry since 2013. She started after graduating from college in Massachusetts. Tired of the cold and snow she moved to Florida. Stefanie has experience with weddings, small events, and large trade shows like Comic Con. Her start in hospitality began when she was 14 years old as a bus girl. She loves coordinating events and working with people to make their dreams come true. When she isn’t at the office and creating timelines, you can catch her on her paddle board with her pup Sully, or just hanging out by the beach with friends and family!
Fun Facts:
Favorite Place to Vacation: She goes back to New England to visit family. Otherwise, you can find her somewhere tropical locally, or ready to explore more exotic places like Costa Rica, Jamaica, or Bora Bora.
Sweet Tooth: Ice cream cake is my favorite.
Favorite Indulgence: Lounging around with my dogs and husband and getting into a good book series.
When I am not working, I am: On the beach, going to concerts, or simply just hanging out with friends and exploring new places to eat and drink in the area!
Favorite Holiday: Christmas. I love being with my family and watching my nieces and nephews tear into gifts.
Pets: 2 dogs and they are my children! Our friends have dogs, and we all get together for a “yappy hour” on Sundays!
Favorite part of a wedding day: Getting to decorate the venue and ceremony. Love when the couples take a good look and soak it all in.
Favorite part of an event: When the Bride & Groom do the first dance. Can really set the tone of the party afterwards!
If I wasn’t an event planner I would be: Running and managing my own Dog Bar.
Meet the Swanky Team Members
Bailey – Lead Coordinator & Rentals Supervisor
Bailey is a Jr. Event Coordinator and has been working with Swanky Soiree Events for over 3 years now! Being relatively new to the wedding and event planning occupation, it has definitely opened her eyes to the wonders and joy it brings to others. She plans to continue her college studies to further her knowledge in the event management and business-related services. Bailey’s favorite moment is when she hears the oo’s and ah’s from everyone in the party, it makes all the hard work pay off instantly. Bailey was born and raised in Florida, when she isn’t working, she loves to be at the beach or spending time with family and friends.
Elizabeth – Lead Coordinator
Elizabeth is joining us from NYC although raised in Central Florida she has returned to the sunshine state to continue her passion for events! Elizabeth is a proud first-generation college graduate who started her career right in sporting events making her way into banquet catering and soon becoming the lead event coordinator for a yacht/cruise events in NYC! Elizabeth thrives on keeping things organized, having all the details and working hard to provide a seamless and memorable experience! On her time off she enjoys outdoor activities, family time, cooking and is hoping to get a few plant babies soon!
Lana – Assistant Coordinator
Lana has been with Swanky Soiree Events for a number of years assisting with events and weddings. No event is too large or too small for her. She focuses her attention on all the details including timelines, floor plans, seating arrangements and props/decor….everything from set-up to break down. Lana pays special attention to every client’s desire and takes pride and pleasure knowing Swanky’s clients are happy and well taken care of. When Lana isn’t working you can most likely find her somewhere along Florida’s beautiful coastline seeking shells, fossils and shark teeth! Her hobbies include recreational and wreck diving, swimming and cooking for friends and family.
Felicia – Assistant Coordinator
Felicia graduated from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management in Orlando, Florida. She has worked at two Ritz-Carlton properties, the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando, the Westin Sarasota, and Embassy Suites Sarasota. Felicia thrives being around people and helping others. She loves helping coordinate events, especially weddings. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, going to local events, and traveling. If she weren’t working in the hospitality and events industry, she would want to own a local boutique store because she also has a love for fashion.
Ciara – Assistant Coordinator
Ciara (pronounced like Kiera!) is a Connecticut native who’s been working with Swanky Soiree Events ever since she moved to Florida in 2021. She loves to help bring a couple’s vision to life on their wedding day all the way from set up to breakdown. Every wedding has its own personality which makes each one new and exciting. When she isn’t working you can find her reading a book on the beach or planning her next trip!
Meghan – Assistant Coordinator
Meghan joined Swanky Soiree with 10 years of wedding and event planning experience. She thrives on the fast-paced, high energy of the event execution process. She enjoys assisting and leading in setting the stage for a lifetime of memories. When she’s not working on events, you can find her enjoying Pilates, cooking, traveling and soaking up the Florida sunshine!
