Creativity is our passion and flawless events are our specialty.  Swanky Soiree offers Full Service Coordination, Partial Planning, Day of Coordination, Event Design, Decor Rentals, and Graphic Design Services. We are an actual one-stop shop for all of your event design and planning needs. We design unique personalized custom stationery from save the dates, invitations, menus, escort cards, programs, and other stationary needs. 

This service ensures that your theme has a cohesive flow and your style holds strong throughout every aspect of your event. Meet Christina Harris

With a background in Interior Design, Fashion Design, and Graphic Design, I bring a passion for design and all things beautiful to create the most swanky events. I moved to Sarasota in 2007 to attend Ringling College of Art & Design where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Over the past few years, I have worked in the Interior Design industry, for a large Retail company designing women’s apparel and branding as well as in the hospitality industry. I fell in love with event planning after planning friend’s weddings and parties as well as working for a catering company. My eye for design, attention to detail, creativity and organizational skills will keep your event on track and exactly the way you envisioned it. Swanky Soiree’s mission is to first provide you with the most creative, unique, and personalized event you could imagine.

Fun Facts:

Favorite Place to Vacation: The Florida Keys will always have a special place in my heart, we try to go every year. My husband and I tied the knot there in 2013. We love traveling the world and exploring new places.

When I am not working, I am: spending time with my family, at the Gym, cycling, boating, and trying to book our next adventure.

If I wasn’t an event planner I would be: An Interior Designer or working on Set Design or starting a mom travel blog

Fun Experiences: I have skydived twice, ran two half marathons and went to Australia and New Zealand in high school to compete for Volleyball and ended up competing with the track team.

Meet Stefanie Seymour

Stefanie is our Office Manager & Associate Planner with Swanky Soiree. She has been in the Weddings & Social Events Industry since 2013. She started after graduating from college in Massachusetts. Tired of the cold and snow she moved to Florida. Stefanie has experience with weddings, small events, and large trade shows like Comic Con. Her start in hospitality began when she was 14 years old as a bus girl at a local restaurant. She loves coordinating events and working with people to make their dreams come true.

Fun Facts:

Favorite Place to Vacation: She goes back to New England to visit family quite a bit. Otherwise, you can find her somewhere tropical locally, or exploring new places she hasn’t been yet.

Sweet Tooth: Ice cream cake is my favorite. Also a tasty dessert martini!

Favorite Indulgence: Lounging around with my dogs and husband and getting into a good book series.

When I am not working, I am: On the beach, going to concerts, or attending her book club “Read Between the Wines”.

Favorite Holiday: Christmas. I love being with my family and watching my nieces and nephews tear into gifts.

If I wasn’t an event planner I would be: Managing my own dog bar, or art bar.

Bailey – Lead Coordinator

Bailey began her career in the events industry at Swanky Soiree Events, where she held her first position while still in high school. What started as a part-time role quickly evolved into a professional passion, and she now serves as a Lead Event Coordinator within the company.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in Marketing at the University of South Florida [Go Bulls!], further strengthening her knowledge and expertise in the field.

A Sarasota native, Bailey takes great pride in living and working in a city known for its natural beauty and appeal as a top destination. Her favorite part of the job is witnessing the joy and excitement on guests' faces—the “oohs” and “ahhs” that make every detail and effort behind the scenes worthwhile.

Bailey is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and thrives on building meaningful connections with clients. When she’s not planning events, she enjoys spending time at the beach, attending car shows, and making memories with family and friends.

Fun Facts About Bailey:

  • She enjoys staying active and loves going to the gym.

  • Building meaningful relationships is one of her top priorities, both personally and professionally.

  • Bailey is proud of her Italian heritage—even if she doesn’t speak the language (yet!).

  • She has a major sweet tooth—desserts are her favorite!

  • The only Florida native in her family, Bailey’s relatives all come from up north.

  • While she’s drawn to the mountains, the beach will always have her heart.

Cheyenne – Assistant Coordinator & Rentals Supervisor

Cheyenne is a valued member of the Swanky Soiree Events team, bringing a fresh perspective, genuine enthusiasm, and a detail-oriented approach to each celebration. As a Wedding Coordinator, she is passionate about transforming couples’ visions into beautifully executed events, ensuring every element reflects their unique love story.

Dedicated to creating seamless and memorable experiences, Cheyenne works closely with clients to make the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. A proud Florida native, she finds creative inspiration in the state's vibrant culture and coastal beauty.

When she’s not coordinating weddings, Cheyenne enjoys spending quality time with friends and family or discovering new travel destinations. She believes every love story deserves to be celebrated and looks forward to helping make each couple’s special day truly unforgettable.

Fun Facts About Cheyenne:

  • Cheyenne loves to draw and enjoys anything creative or artsy in her free time.

  • Her favorite food is sushi.

  • She lived in Illinois for a little over five years.

  • Her favorite TV show is Gilmore Girls.

  • She enjoys a good hike whenever she visits the mountains.

  • Family is her top priority and her greatest source of support.

Nicole – Coordinator & Office Admin

Nicole is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Event Management at UCF. With a deep passion for event planning and creating unforgettable experiences, she brings both energy and expertise to every project she undertakes.

With a rich background in the Entertainment and Hospitality industry, Nicole has coordinated a wide range of events—from behind-the-scenes operations for the Jonas Brothers to lively beer festivals along the California coast. Her attention to detail and commitment to personalization ensure that each event is both memorable and meaningful.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys attending concerts, taking yoga classes, and spending time with her two beloved cats (yes, she’s always happy to share photos). A true Harry Potter enthusiast, she even had the opportunity to work events at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Fun Facts About Nicole:

  • Nicole is a concert fanatic who enjoys all types of music 

  • Loves thrifting and finding the best deals

  • Has an identical twin sister

  • Enjoys yoga classes and walking around downtown Sarasota

  • Loves indian food, queso and anything chocolate

  • Always enjoys getting lost in a new book 

  • Has 2 adorable cats named Cleo and Luna

Lana – Assistant Coordinator

Lana has been with Swanky Soiree Events for a number of years assisting with events and weddings.  No event is too large or too small for her.  She focuses her attention on all the details including timelines, floor plans, seating arrangements and props/decor….everything from set-up to break down.   Lana pays special attention to every client’s desire and takes pride and pleasure knowing Swanky’s clients are happy and well taken care of.  When Lana isn’t working you can most likely find her somewhere along Florida’s beautiful coastline seeking shells, fossils and shark teeth!  Her hobbies include recreational and wreck diving, swimming and cooking for friends and family.

Felicia – Assistant Coordinator

Felicia graduated from the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management in Orlando, Florida. She has worked at two Ritz-Carlton properties, the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando, the Westin Sarasota, and Embassy Suites Sarasota. Felicia thrives being around people and helping others. She loves helping coordinate events, especially weddings. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants, going to local events, and traveling. If she weren’t working in the hospitality and events industry, she would want to own a local boutique store because she also has a love for fashion.

Natalia – Assistant Coordinator

Natalia has a degree in Communication and a strong background in hospitality and customer service. She assists the event coordinator in setting up every detail of the wedding, ensuring that each client is happy from start to finish. Natalia is passionate about creating seamless, stress-free experiences for every couple. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and working out.
