In order to produce a quality event with a cohesive timeline this process typically starts one month from the event. We will confirm that all vendors are on the same timeline for your event. This is perfect for the client who has everything lined up but wants to be stress free for their event. We will execute your event how you envisioned it and be sure all of your fabulous details come together

Pricing is based on the event: the number of people at the event and the complexity of the event. This works best for both parties.

Included in this Package:

Planning Meeting-Before the wedding or event we will get together to review all vendors contracts, set up timeline, plan order of events, discuss any outstanding issues and finalize set up instructions for Swanky Soiree.

Timeline-The itinerary will include all contact information for VIPs and vendors. For weddings your timeline will include rehearsal directions, rehearsal specifics, ceremony details, and a reception timeline. Program of events and who will be involved in the ceremony. For all other events your timeline will include itineraries for the day, vip’s and vendor information.

Vendor Confirmation-Let us worry about making sure all vendors are set up with correct information and confirm the balance is paid. You will have enough to worry about the month before your event, we are here to help as much as possible this way you can focus on the most important part of your event, YOU!!!

Rehearsal Direction– We will direct everyone on what they need to do and where they need to be. We will help line up your bridal party and go over all ceremony details. Typically this is 45 minutes- 1 hour.

Ceremony Set up/Coordination– This includes 10 hours of service for the ceremony and reception set up and direction. We direct vendors with chair set up, display programs, set up unity candle or other ceremony items, arch décor, aisle runner, aisle décor and direct everyone where to go.

 Reception Set up/Break down and Coordination-This includes 10 hours of service for the ceremony and reception set up and direction. Decorate tables, draping, centerpieces, favors, welcome table, gift table, desert table, etc. Anything you have envisioned for your day, we will make sure it happens

Pack Presents– we will ensure all gifts and cards make it to the appropriate car at the end of the evening. We will also pack up all of the items you would like us to save for you. We will make sure your overnight bags get into the appropriate car before departure.

Unlimited Correspondence– We are always available by phone or email to answer questions.
