Just show up and party down. Let us research, handle vendors, visit sites, design stationary, budget formulation/guidance and all other elements involved in planning your event. This package includes unlimited meetings, phone and email conversations.

Event ManagementOur role is to prevent and fix any problems that may arise during your event. This includes alerting people of where they are supposed to be, steering your guests to cake cutting, making sure catering staff is pouring champagne for a toast etc.. This will allow you to enjoy quality time and special moments at your ceremony and reception. We will make sure everything is in order so you don’t have to.

Event Design & Styling- We will style and design your event through vision board development and floor plan layouts. Create a detailed inventory for each space, function and table.

Unlimited Prop & Centerpiece Rental- Full access to our props and centerpieces. Includes all table decorations, aisle decor and any other props

Budget Formulation– Develop a budget and keep track of expenses

Vendor Coordination-Gather proposals from vendors in every category. We only work with reputable and professional vendors that will execute your event in the way you have envisioned. After you choose your vendors, sign a contract and arrange for payment we will confirm their arrival/departure times before the event day. Leave the rest of the communication to us.

Presence at vendor meetings– We would be happy to attend any meetings with florists, musicians, site visits, caterers and anyone else involved in your event.

Timeline– The itinerary will include all contact information for VIPs and vendors. For weddings your timeline will include rehearsal directions, rehearsal specifics, ceremony details, reception timeline and a program of events and who will be involved in the ceremony. 

Stationary– We can design custom stationary for you. Stationary includes save the date cards, invitations, menu cards, place cards, thank you notes, brochures, signage and programs. This includes the design only. Printing costs will be additional.

Out of Town Lodging– We can search and recommend accommodations for you and your guests. Block rooms and negotiate special group rates.

Rehearsal Direction-We will direct everyone on what they need to do and where they need to be. We will help line up your bridal party and go over all ceremony details.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination-Assist with choosing a location for your dinner and deciding on a menu.

Seating Chart– Send us your guest list at least a week before the wedding and we will create the seating chart display to inform your guests where they will be sitting during the event. This can be modified 48 hours prior to the event.

Ceremony Set up/Coordination– Unlimited time on site. We are the first ones there and the last to leave. We direct vendors with chair set up,display programs, set up unity candles or any other ceremony items.

Reception Set up/CoordinationUnlimited time on site. Decorate tables, draping, centerpieces, favors, welcome table, gift table, desert table, etc.. Anything you have envisioned we will make sure it happens.

Pack Presents-We will ensure all gifts and cards make it to the appropriate car at the end of the event. We will also pack all items you would like us to save for you.

Regular Meetings and Unlimited Correspondence-We will help you along the entire process. We are always available by phone or email. We will track planning progress and make sure all details are in place for your event.
